There are so many varieties of Eucalyptus, but here we are going to be talking about Eucalyptus globulus, the word "globulus" means a "small ball" referring to button-shaped fruit of eucalyptus. Eucalyptus (globulus) opens the lungs and encourages breathing, clears clogged nasal passages and bronchial congestion making eucalyptus one of the best known cold remedies, aids in chronic bronchitis, coughs, sinusitis, flu, throat infections, pneumonia, and deep lung infections. Eucalyptus oil is also a good pain reliever for sore muscles and arthritis pain.
Aroma: Strong, fresh, camphoraceous.
Blending For an Aroma Stick:
10 drops Eucalyptus (globulus)
6 drops Ravintsara (Cinnamomun camphora)
3 drops Saro (Cinnamosma fragrans)
Mix all E.O.'s in a little dish. Drop cotton wick in to absorb E.O.'s. Drop cotton wick in Aroma tube, snap on butt and Walla you have an Aroma Stick. I love Aroma Sticks because you can take them anywhere with you. They fit in your pants/shirt pocket or purse.
